Job Summary
A company that provides revenue generating workflows is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Email Deliverability Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to internal teams on customer deliverability escalations
- Developing an escalation process for Deliverability related cases
- Managing escalated cases and responding to clients directly
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Team gathers twice a year in-person for fantastic team retreats
- 2+ years as a deliverability specialist
- Understanding of ISP delivery policies along with whitelisting/feedback loops
- Thorough knowledge of soup-to-nuts deliverability
- Expert knowledge of best practices for warming IPs, list management, and broadcasts
- Great understanding of reporting agencies including causes of blacklists/spam traps
