Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Remote Email Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize high-performing email marketing campaigns while collaborating with designers and digital marketing teams to enhance customer engagement for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, building, scheduling, testing, and deploying various email campaigns, including promotional and automated ones
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and maintaining high client satisfaction
• Analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities and improve engagement

Required qualifications

• Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns for clients or organizations
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including targeting, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Mailchimp
• Ability to create automated email journeys and customer segmentation strategies
• Strong analytical skills to utilize campaign data for performance improvement
