Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Email Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Create and maintain monitoring of daily email performance KPIs
• Monitor and manage IP/domain reputation
• Manage ESP vendors and cultivate relationships with ISPs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3+ years of work experience in a data-driven email deliverability role
• Expertise on authentication protocols and regulations
• Strong working knowledge of 3rd party delivery tools
• Strong working knowledge of deliverability analysis tools
• Data analysis and quantitative skills
