Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Email Security Services Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with our customers
- Clearly articulate business value to ensure adoption and drive growth
- Be the single point of contact and escalation for the customer
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to travel on-site for customer visits as required by the business (up to 25%)
- 4+ years in Customer Success Management with Sales experience from a SaaS company
- Experience identifying upsells, cross sells, and handling subscription renewals
- Experience in managing a Book of Business
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
