Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Email Security Services Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with our customers
  • Clearly articulate business value to ensure adoption and drive growth
  • Be the single point of contact and escalation for the customer

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Able to travel on-site for customer visits as required by the business (up to 25%)
  • 4+ years in Customer Success Management with Sales experience from a SaaS company
  • Experience identifying upsells, cross sells, and handling subscription renewals
  • Experience in managing a Book of Business
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
