Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Embedded Support Specialist in Indianapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact between company and our customers
- Support Veterans receiving care from a community provider
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Commutes 1-3x per week to the VA Medical Center in Indianapolis
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two years in working in a healthcare or managed care environment
- Year or more working in a customer service/resolution or account management role
- Proficient with a computer including Microsoft Office, the Internet, and other systems
