Job Summary

An IT business services company is in need of a Remote Emergency Department Facility and Physician EandM Single Path Coding Quality Assurance Auditor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing medical records and codes assigned by the coder
• Providing feedback and corrections as needed
• Meeting productivity and accuracy expectations

Required Skills:

• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P credential from AHIMA; CPC, COC or CIC from AAPC
• 2 or more years of recent coding experience in ED facility coding
• Top coding skills in specialty area
• Coding test will be administered to demonstrate proficiency
• Ability to work from home using high-speed wired Cable, DSL, or Satellite internet
