A care company is filling a position for a Remote Emergency Response Team Project Manager in Richmond.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Establishing the vision for the staff and community
• Working to ensure compliance with current contract requirements
• Directing the hiring, training, and retention of staff at the assigned site

Required Skills:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence and auto insurance
• Minimum of master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field
• Current licensure by the state(s) in which work is assigned
• Significant supervisory experience
• Expertise in strength-based programming, crisis intervention, and family systems theory
• Demonstrated skill in fiscal management activities
