Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high volume incoming calls from AAA Members in need of Roadside Assistance, providing exceptional customer service
• Accurately input Member location and vehicle details while using online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations
• Identify situations requiring special handling and provide clear information on service status and potential costs

Required Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Stable, high-speed internet connection via Ethernet cable is required
• Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and/or holidays as needed
