Remote Emergency Roadside Responder

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service from a home-based environment, the full-time Remote Emergency Roadside Responder will manage high-volume incoming calls from AAA members in need of roadside assistance, utilizing internal knowledge bases and mapping tools to deliver accurate information and support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage 40-60 incoming calls daily, assisting members with roadside assistance requests
• Accurately input member information and assess situations requiring special handling
• Provide clear information on service details, costs, and estimated arrival times while ensuring a positive member experience

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Stable, high-speed internet connection via Ethernet cable required
• Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
• Familiarity with maps and map reading preferred
