Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder for their Virtual Call Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume incoming calls from AAA Members in need of Roadside Assistance, providing extraordinary customer service and accurate responses
• Input Member location and vehicle information, use online mapping tools to determine breakdown location, and establish tow to destination
• Provide clear information on pending service, estimated time of arrival, and any AAA programs or discounts that may enhance the Members experience

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year customer service experience, call center/inbound call taking experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and remain professional in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient computer use and typing skills
• Familiarity with maps and map reading preferred
