Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Emerging Leader Development Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of targeted Talent and Career Development initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor by cultivating strong consultative relationships with business leaders and HR COEs
- Serve as mentor and coach to targeted emerging leader and high potential talent
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors Required
- Organization development, coaching, business, leadership, and HR, industrial psychology, adult learning or related
- 7 years of experience in organization/leadership development best practice implementation
