Job Summary
A nonprofit is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Emerging Technologies Software Engineer II or Senior Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with Scrum team to support all SDLC activities
- Actively leading and/or participating in design/architectural discussions
- Recommending tools and standards to ensure software quality and performance standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge of how to write/test RESTful API’s
- Knowledge of version control such as Git
- Relational and no-SQL database skills (MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres)
- Experience in Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS
- Experience in unit test development
- Experience working in a micro-service architecture
