Job Summary
A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Emobility Technology Sales Operations Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with reviewing and approving RMA/FSO’s in NetSuite to ensure accuracy and communicate order expectations
- Reviewing and researching order issues including shipment status and invoice discrepancies and resolve with appropriate teams
- Presenting ideas and recommendations, and continuously looking for ways to improve sales and sales operations processes
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have 3-5 years experience in related field
- Have proven Sales Operations or Replacement Part experience
- Have outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills
