A crowd-sourced review platform is seeking a Remote Employee Advocate Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with managers and employees as needed to understand, monitor, and resolve complaints
- Participating in policy interpretation and assist in developing organizational policy and procedural efficiencies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Five years of Human Resources experience with a strong understanding of employee relations and employment law
- Bachelor's degree and ideally a PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Experience in an HR consulting role with a demonstrated ability to influence without authority
