Job Summary

A behavioral healthcare provider is seeking a Remote Employee Assistance Program Business Development Professional.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Increasing awareness of services in an assigned territory
  • Executing analysis of assigned territory and creates quarterly strategic plans
  • Developing and implementing strategies for new and existing referral sources

Required Skills:

  • Business development experience with Employee Assistance Programs
  • Two years experience in healthcare marketing or sales is preferred
  • Two years experience in the behavioral health field is preferred
  • Knowledge of behavioral health disorders and services
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
  • Proficient with Google programs
