Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Employee Assistance Program Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Provide information and referral to community resources as appropriate
- Provide clinical consultation/staffing in absence of EAP Manager
- Support team members and participate in team activities to help build a high-performance team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years post graduate clinical experience
- Clinical training must include instruction on chemical dependency, mental health and brief therapy
- Competent in crisis intervention
- Strong customer service skills required
