Job Summary
A management services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Employee Assistance Programs Customer Experience Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gaining full understanding of Employee Assistance Programs and Managed Care products
- Allowing the caller to express their needs, concerns, and questions without interruption
- Listening effectively to identify and respond to the needs of the caller
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Customer service inbound call center experience
- Stable work history
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
