A management services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Employee Assistance Programs Customer Experience Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Gaining full understanding of Employee Assistance Programs and Managed Care products
  • Allowing the caller to express their needs, concerns, and questions without interruption
  • Listening effectively to identify and respond to the needs of the caller

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer service inbound call center experience
  • Stable work history
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
