A behavioral health company is filling a position for a Remote Employee Assistance Programs Guidance Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Telephonically address client concerns
• Provide remote crisis stabilization to at-risk clients
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Required Skills:

• Resident of Illinois
• Exceptional communication skills, with strong focus on customer service
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology required
• Clinical assessment experience in the following areas: mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization
• Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional
• Demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
