Job Summary
An employee benefits provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employee Benefits Client Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with the dedicated Account Manager to ensure clients are aware of new products and features
- Facilitating the day-to-day support and management of approximately 30 enterprise client programs
- Providing Monthly Participation Report and supplementary program reporting as necessary
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven ability to retain accounts, build relationships, and devise innovative client solutions
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset and a knack for drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
