Job Summary
A health plan is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employee Benefits Compliance Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in client implementation and client plan changes
- Managing benefit plan documentation processes
- Conducting a complete, section-by-section review of prospective conversion plan documents
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated abilities with process development and improvement as well as change management
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail
- 5+ years’ employee benefits paralegal or similar job experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Health and Welfare benefit consulting in ERISA and Non-ERISA plans
- 5+ years’ experience in client management in self-funding document creation and management
- Associates degree
