Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company has an open position for a Remote Employee Benefits Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating benefits summaries and open enrollment presentations
  • Creating open enrollment guides
  • Reviewing output of deliverables generated through the quoting process

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of employee benefits experience (insurance carrier, benefits administration, insurance brokerage)
  • Working knowledge of Health and Welfare plans
  • Working knowledge of Ancillary Coverage including Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Dental, and Vision
  • Broad understanding of the various regulations surrounding health and welfare plans
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
