Job Summary
A company focused on employee benefits is filling a position for a Remote Employee Benefits Corporate Development Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prioritize and rank acquisition opportunities based upon stated goals
- Evaluate opportunities for financial, operational, strategic, and cultural fit
- Create a strategy in conjunction with Chief Growth Officer and regional leadership
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel within assigned region and to corporate office in Atlanta
- At least 5 years of experience in employee benefits and or M&A arena
- Must have strategic thinking skills
- Ability to set and achieve revenue goals in a banking or insurance distribution arena
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
