Job Summary
A financial education and indemnity firm is in need of a Remote Employee Benefits Customer Service Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Staying up to date and follows process documentation
- Providing and documenting accurate information to all customers that we serve with a 99% accuracy metric
- Answering inbound calls 90% of the time
Position Requirements Include:
- Customer service background
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required Education and/or Certifications
- Two years of call center or financial services experience
