Job Summary

A financial education and indemnity firm is in need of a Remote Employee Benefits Customer Service Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Staying up to date and follows process documentation
  • Providing and documenting accurate information to all customers that we serve with a 99% accuracy metric
  • Answering inbound calls 90% of the time

Position Requirements Include:

  • Customer service background
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required Education and/or Certifications
  • Two years of call center or financial services experience
