Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Employee Benefits Services Strategic Partnerships Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a new sales channel
  • Deliver a solid financial wellbeing and analytics value proposition
  • Lead customized complex negotiations with our strategic partners

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years in partner management, business development, partner management, or benefits consulting
  • Ability to review and analyze complex contracts and familiarity with standard deal structures
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills and ability to distill complex issues
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfort with ambiguity, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical with the ability to consume, process and transform large amounts of information
