Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Employee Benefits Services Strategic Partnerships Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a new sales channel
- Deliver a solid financial wellbeing and analytics value proposition
- Lead customized complex negotiations with our strategic partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in partner management, business development, partner management, or benefits consulting
- Ability to review and analyze complex contracts and familiarity with standard deal structures
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills and ability to distill complex issues
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfort with ambiguity, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical with the ability to consume, process and transform large amounts of information
