Job Summary

A multinational insurance and banking firm is seeking a Remote Employee Benefits Specialty Markets Underwriting Leader.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading/managing 2 direct specialty UW’s with specialty/alternate markets experience
• Developing internal controls of our process to evaluate risk for these unique opportunities
• Meeting with Legal and Compliance teams regularly to discuss issues, questions, findings for this segment

Qualifications for this position include:

• 10+ years of specific, specialty alternative markets experience
• Ability to manage across cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time-management skills
• Prior large carrier experience with similar product & segment experience
