- Manage the Executive Deferred Compensation Plan
- Participate in annual salary surveys, analyze market data, and make recommendations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree, in Business, Human Resources, Math
- Relevant years of compensation and HRIS experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Able to main the monthly and annual compensation calendars
- Able to complete bi-weekly payroll reporting
