  • Create a long- and short-term thought-leadership content plan
  • Develop agency thought-leadership and marketing communications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7+ years internal communications or HR experience in a corporate setting
  • Excellent writing skills, content strategy and planning experience
  • Experience writing Internal Communications and HR-related materials
  • Able to create one EX content topic and translate it effectively
  • Ability to translate complex information and concepts into easy-to-understand copy
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills
