Job Summary
An electronics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employee Experience Director.
Must be able to:
- Provide ‘thinking and doing’ partnership to the CHRO in formulating, communicating, and executing strategy
- Ensure HR team effectiveness and engagement; empower and connect the Poly HR community in the most optimal way
- Drive HR projects, monitor progress and champion prioritization and data-driven results
Qualifications for this position include:
- 15 years of successful HR leadership / management experience
- Knowledgeable about how organizations work; gets things done both through formal & informal channels
- Understands how to get work done across a consensus driven and matrixed organization
- Strong business acumen, organizational systems and strategic planning experience
- Excellent meaningful work experience in roles for developing, implementing & managing projects/programs
- Highly organized, proactive and efficient
