A financial and business services company is seeking a Remote Employee Experience Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead large cross-functional projects to prioritize, develop and launch new features, internal tools and processes
- Manage processes launches and changes to improve the employee experience on a global scale
- Seek information to solve conceptual problems and enable product developments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- You have 3+ years experience at a fast-paced environment
- You have previous experience either in FinTech or top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- You are problem-focused, solutions-oriented, and have extreme attention to detail
- You have advanced SQL skills and superior financial modeling and presentation skills
