Job Summary
An enterprise payroll and accounting software firm is filling a position for a Remote Employee Experience Product Management Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving the creation, and completion, of User Stories to a Ready for Development status
- Acting as a primary point of contact
- Establishing a close partnership and working relationship with QA to assess the status of testing product fixes and enhancements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of Business / Product Analyst experience or equivalent
- Great understanding of the Payroll and HR Actions workflow
- Previous experience collaborating with others to refine project, process, and or application needs
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Understand and have previous experience with HR platforms
- Experience working in an Agile environment and a great understanding of its most common practices / processes / tactics
