- Creating a culture of learning through a variety of methods
- Providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership
- 15 years of experience
- Ability to synthesize large data sets into executive summaries to create a compelling case for change
- Experienced tailoring learning programs from individual contributors through to executive staff
- Experienced designing engagement programs, onboarding, building impactful and measurable programs
- Ability to see “around corners” in order to drive high level strategy into programs
- Ability to create and communicate a compelling and progressive vision and strategy
