Job Summary
A smartphone app and website that tracks diet and exercise is searching for a person to fill their position for a Employee Experience Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner across the entire organization to manage the ops of our Remote Equal plan & ensure teammate & business needs are met
- Create & facilitate first-day onboarding efforts for new teammates, ensuring an exceptional teammate experience
- Assist with the administration of our benefit & wellness plans while continually evaluating new & different options
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Two-five years of human resources and engagement experience or relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously and in a remote team environment
- High emotional intelligence or emotional maturity, especially when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication, in addition to interacting with all levels of teammates and leadership
