An employee benefits solutions and consulting agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employee Healthcare Enrollment Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Scrub individual applications
• Process of all group enrollment forms
• Follow up with the carrier to obtain status updates

Qualifications Include:

• Proven track record in customer service
• HIPAA certificate required within 6 months of commencing role
• Proficient in Microsoft suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to identify customer needs and identify appropriate issue resolution
• Professionally and adeptly resolve issues while under pressure
