Job Summary
A nationwide banking and financing company has an open position for a Remote Employee Performance Scorecard Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with designated leaders for assigned CBBO departments to obtain business requirements for department
- Identifying key performance indicators and structure and data source for KPIs
- Working with MIS partners and business line contacts on KPI validation
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to 10 years of related experience
- Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
