Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Employee Relations Advisor in San Diego.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing guidance and resolution of Employee Relations issues specifically performance concerns
• Maintaining relevant documentation and records in line with company requirements for each process
• Providing world class experiences and helping our employees get back to doing the best work of their lives

Qualifications Include:

• 3-5 years of HR experience, with significant time spent dealing with ER-related issues for US-based employees
• Demonstrated knowledge of US employment law
• Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
• Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Comfortable with technology
