Job Summary
A fitness company that offers live boutique classes and state-of-the-art equipment is in need of a Remote Employee Relations and Investigations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Investigating highly sensitive HR (People) and Employee Relations issues
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
- Providing investigation and consultation support to managers addressing team member conduct and performance issues alongside the People Business Partner
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a human resources generalist, with emphasis on employee relations, employment law, and training and development
- Demonstrated positive Employee Relations experience
- Previous Labor Relations exposure
- Demonstrated knowledge of local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations
- Proven knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
- Ability to provide consultation and support to managers on partner relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws
