Job Summary
An international food and beverage retail company is in need of a Remote Employee Relations Center of Excellence Senior Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the Employee Relations COE and HR Service Center are running smoothly
- Identify impact of new initiatives, projects, or programs on current business processes, HR policy, etc
- Plan, create, edit and distribute SOPs and other resources in support of COE and HR Service Center
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommended solutions
- Demonstrated ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners
- Demonstrated ability to apply general business knowledge and experience in a complex, fast-paced global environment
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, design and develop key performance metrics for HR COE
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies
- HR systems experience
