Job Summary
A financial services company specializing in buying and collecting on nonperforming consumer loans has an open position for a Remote Employee Relations Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing pre-employment screening process and partners with Recruiting to assess candidate’s fitness
- Assisting in preparing and drafting EEOC position statements and other correspondences
- Conducting internal investigation and recommends resolutions of HR Hotline complaints and internal investigations, and escalates when appropriate to the Employee Relations Manager
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years’ experience in HR with 3-5 years of employees relations experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees
