Job Summary

A media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employee Relations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing case management capabilities to track and ensure individual cases are resolved
  • Reporting on overall Employee Relations trends by geography, team and/or business unit
  • Directly conducting highly sensitive or highly visible investigations where needed

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • 10+ years Human Resources experience
  • 6+ years of Human Resources experience supporting a diverse client population
  • 4+ years leading a centralized Employee Relations function
  • Working knowledge of US Employment laws and regulations at the state and federal levels
  • Positive employee approach and believer in employee advocacy
