Job Summary
An online retailer is seeking a Remote Employee Relations Intelligence Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Design, collect, and analyze risk across a broad spectrum of ER and Labor Relations matters
- Apply ER metrics to gathered insights, identify workforce trends
- Execute on developed proactive strategies to reduce risk
Position Requirements Include:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced understanding of both workplace issues and societal issues
- Demonstrated success in building strong relationships and trusted advisor status across organizational lines
- 5+ years of related ER, HR, Legal or Global Security experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
