Remote Employee Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to provide support and guidance in employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve human resource issues including policy interpretation and interpersonal matters
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide guidance on employee relations matters
• Maintain accurate records in the case management system and assist with various projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience desired
• 5+ years of related experience
• SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is desirable
• Experience in conflict resolution and handling confidential information
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, and/or Case Management systems is desired
