Job Summary
A large online retailer has an open position for a Remote Employee Relations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Project management on proactive programs that improve employee relations
- Influencing senior leaders when necessary to ensure positive associate experience
- Designing, collecting, and analyzing multiple levels of associate feedback
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years experience in employee/labor relations, or employment law
- Experience in warehouse and/or transportation facilities
- Solid understanding of federal and state employment & labor laws
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background and reference check
