Job Summary
A rental property management firm is filling a position for a Remote Employee Relations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing Employee Relations and HR Compliance leadership to all levels of the organization
- Independently designing, executing, and scaling our employee relations processes, procedures, and team
- Conducting and monitoring ER investigations through our case management tool, Ethicspoint
