Job Summary
A variety store company is in need of a Remote Employee Relations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Guide or conduct in-depth investigations on employee relations issues
- Ensure proper documentation on cases
- Assist in researching Wage & Hour claims
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Dispute Resolution, or other related field
- Keen awareness of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and Workers Compensation laws
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and make objective decisions
- Facilitation, negotiation, and mediation skills
