A cannabis advocacy and retail company is seeking a Remote Employee Relations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide confidential guidance, advice, and counsel to employees
• Interpret, explain, and apply various HR practices and programs
• Research and explain employment laws to managers and employees

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field
• 4 years of professional human resources experience
• 2 years in employee relations OR equivalent through training, education, and other experience
• Thorough understanding of state and federal employment and labor law
• Experience working in highly confidential environments
