Job Summary

A cannabis advocacy and retail company is in need of a Remote Employee Relations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing confidential guidance, advice, and counsel to employees and managers regarding a broad range of employee relations issues
  • Interpreting, explaining, and applying various HR practices and programs and relevant employment and labor laws to employees and managers
  • Researching and explaining employment laws to managers and employees

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field
  • Four years of professional human resources experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of state and federal employment and labor laws and the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws to situations
