Job Summary
A cannabis advocacy and retail company is in need of a Remote Employee Relations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing confidential guidance, advice, and counsel to employees and managers regarding a broad range of employee relations issues
- Interpreting, explaining, and applying various HR practices and programs and relevant employment and labor laws to employees and managers
- Researching and explaining employment laws to managers and employees
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field
- Four years of professional human resources experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of state and federal employment and labor laws and the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws to situations
