Job Summary

A digital labor marketplace and workforce management solution has an open position for a Remote Employee Relations Partner.

Must be able to:

• Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into sensitive employee relations issues associated with extended workforce
• Make objective recommendations and take appropriate actions based on findings and applicable laws and/or policies
• Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years HR / Employee Relations Experience
• SHRM or equivalent Certification
• Working knowledge of all relevant federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
