Job Summary
A digital labor marketplace and workforce management solution has an open position for a Remote Employee Relations Partner.
Must be able to:
- Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into sensitive employee relations issues associated with extended workforce
- Make objective recommendations and take appropriate actions based on findings and applicable laws and/or policies
- Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years HR / Employee Relations Experience
- SHRM or equivalent Certification
- Working knowledge of all relevant federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
