Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Employee Relations People Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Taking the lead in addressing employee issues, complaints, and investigations
Ensuring cases are handled fairly, consistently, transparently
Providing support to or personally leading employee relations investigations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Open to travel (some travel may be required)
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of Employee Relations/Human Resources managing complex investigations
Strong knowledge of ER, labor relations, training, conflict resolution
Direct experience leading complex global investigations at all levels
Deep understanding of FMLA, EEO laws
