Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Employee Relations People Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking the lead in addressing employee issues, complaints, and investigations
- Ensuring cases are handled fairly, consistently, transparently
- Providing support to or personally leading employee relations investigations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Open to travel (some travel may be required)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of Employee Relations/Human Resources managing complex investigations
- Strong knowledge of ER, labor relations, training, conflict resolution
- Direct experience leading complex global investigations at all levels
- Deep understanding of FMLA, EEO laws
