Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Employee Relations People Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking the lead in addressing employee issues, complaints, and investigations
  • Ensuring cases are handled fairly, consistently, transparently
  • Providing support to or personally leading employee relations investigations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Open to travel (some travel may be required)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of Employee Relations/Human Resources managing complex investigations
  • Strong knowledge of ER, labor relations, training, conflict resolution
  • Direct experience leading complex global investigations at all levels
  • Deep understanding of FMLA, EEO laws
