An environmental planning and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Employee Relations People Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and developing a team of People Support staff
- Ensuring all investigations are conducted thoroughly and timely
- Leading the bi-annual Performance Review program
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
- 5+ years in Human Resources
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of labor and employment law nationwide
- Technically savvy with data analysis skills and ability to learn new systems and platforms
