A software company has an open position for a Remote Employee Relations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting the build of the ER function
• Investigating highly sensitive HR and ER issues
• Independently managing assigned casework

Qualifications Include:

• Senior experience working as an ER Specialist or HR Business Partner
• Hands-on experience in the ER field, including investigative fieldwork
• Ability to build high trust and impactful relationships with employees and leaders
• Working knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory norms in Canada and United States
• Strong business acumen and the ability to apply it to ER issues
• Excellent facilitation skills with hands-on experience in workplace facilitation and mediation
